Bean sprout peanutey stuff
I have of late found myself to have entirely more bean sprouts then an average person really needs. See, I get all excited and make pho. Then I'm all like, screw eating pho, I want the real thing! And then I have all these bean sprouts left over. But! I figured out that they work really well when combined with other vegetabley and protein-like substances in peanut sauce, and then dumped on noodles. Rice may work just as well, but I haven't gotten around to attempting that just yet.
Ingredients used: massive quantities of bean sprouts, fresh basil, shredded carrot, green onion, crushed peanuts, gluten bits, pineapple (plus some juice), some satay peanut sauce, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and maybe something else I forgot. Ah yeah, noodles. Delightful noodles.
And technically, this might even be vegan, if anyone cares! Unless I accidentally got the peanut butter made from cow flab. Again. D'oh!
