Mmm pasta!
In the desire to use up my remaining pasta sauce, I made some exciting pasta for dinner. Even better is that I got to try out some new gluten! This is rather similar to the gluten I usually use, except that instead of it being in bite sized chunks, it's in teeny granuley chunks, rather like ground beef. Worked quite well in this recipe whereupon it pretends to be ground beef! I just dumped some into the boiling rigatoni when it was almost done.
So this used rigatoni, 1/2 jar of red pasta sauce, mini gluten chunks, fresh basil, green onion, roma tomatoes, garlic, 'italian' seasoning, salt and pepper, and some chunks of mozzarella on top.
Actually, this totally would have looked better with the cheese melted, but I'm a lazy bastard.
Dessert was eating waay too many thin mints, you can use your imagination for those.
