Succulent children

I have a new friend! It is tall-ish and pointy and green and will hopefully keep my other friends company. It is a kiwi cactus that I received from Tara as thanks for having, awhile back, given to her a very nice Harry Potter picture book that I had had the luck to snatch from the Free Table at work. Ah, free table, how I will miss you. I have a rather large container of baked beans in my cabinet right now, the most recent of spoils from the Free Table. It'll be just alleyways and the Freecycle community from here on out, I suppose.

Speaking of beans, I am in the process of securing tastyniblets.com for the future splicing off of all food-related entries from this current blog. I hope I did not make mistake by getting the com rather then the net. This is something that should not be overthought, however, as it will hurt my brain in all sorts of superfluous manners!
